Job Description
  • Experience supporting and/or implementing SAP Materials Management (MM) module
  • SAP MM Integration as it relates to other SAP Modules: SAP SD, SAP FI and other legacy applications
  • Integration with Other Applications(PKMS/3PL) through iDocs/EDI

Experience Required

  • Overall 7-10 years of relevant IT experience
  • 5-6 years’ experience in SAP MM/WM

Roles & Responsibilities

Sr. SAP MM Consultant leads and supports IT projects and initiatives, guides business team members in engineering efficient business processes and identifies related functional requirements. He/ She is responsible for performing/coordinating process analysis, solution design, system configuration and support across multiple platforms and/or cross-functional areas in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with the business users, other IT resources and consultants to meet required objectives

  • Ongoing production maintenance - Handles support tickets (incidents, change requests, questions) and documents the resolution in the helpdesk tool for SAP MM and Integration with other applications like PKMS, SFDC
  • Change Management –Being able to drive requirement gathering to implementation phase. This includes areas in SAP MM-Purchasing, MRP, Inventory management, subcontracting process.
  • IDOC monitoring and troubleshooting between SAP and Manhattan PKMS (WMi) application. Should be able independaly handle issues and work with Integration team for any defect/change
  • Deliver (or coordinate the delivery of) project deliverables including blue prints, functional and technical specifications, system configuration, test, training, cutover plan, and go-live support. Ensure accurate documentation is completed through all phases of the deployment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree In science, IT, Supply Chain, engineering or 10 years relevant experience
