ERP , Scrum / SAFE, SFDC project management, JIRA, MS office Suite, MS project, Visio, Store Operations and Processes
Must be fluent in English and Spanish and be able to read and write in both English and Spanish and act as a translator

 
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management a plus.
Experience working with customers in Latin America
Experience in Onshore-Offshore model

 
Job Roles/Responsibilities:
Define business requirements and communicate requirements to technical and testing teams.
Develop supporting process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents.
Able to collaborate with cross-multidimensional teams across all levels of an ERP implementation (Data, Reporting, Hosting, Application Development, Change management, Training).
Act as a liaison between the IT development team and business team
