Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer/Lead

Location: Memphis TN

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

  • Salesforce Lead with strong development experience with minimum of 6+ years of experience in Salesforce (and minimum 8+ years of total exp). Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Developer/Platform Developer and Admin Certification is must
  • Experience performing packaged application and proprietary application integrations with Salesforce, with potential for custom interface where necessary; experience performing custom interface development preferred
  • Experience in performing High complexity (i.e. application modules) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents
  • Responsible for suggesting changes to the existing architecture of the SFDC application
  • Performs the SCM for the SFDC code and responsible for the code coverage which is aligned to the SFDC standard. Management of the software product configuration including generation of product, component baselines, and tracking
  • Should be well versed with Salesforce security aspect (Shield)
  • Must have a very good hands on experience on Lightning components and Lightning Flows
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good exposure in handling the clients
  • Knowledge of various SFDC associated tools would be an added advantage
