Title: Tableau Developer

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6+ months(with extensions)

Work hours: 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. (may vary)

Client is looking for a Tableau Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting Developer/Analyst for creating Tableau insights and analytics. Candidate will work with a modern agile team of 6 developers, DBA's and BA's.


Minimal Job Skills Experience:
12 years IT experience

Demonstrate 5 years' experience with Tableau

Demonstrate 5 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

Demonstrate 8 years' experience with SQL Server or similar database system

Demonstrate 8 years' experience working with customers

Job Requirements:
Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

Strong documentation skills

Strong analytical and customer skills required

A thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into solutions

Proficient with understanding business requirements and in many cases act as an Analyst

Deep expertise in multi-dimensional modeling and analytics

Deep expertise in self-service reporting architecture and tools

Promote and demonstrate effective teamwork in an Agile team setting

Must be results-oriented and able to manage time appropriately in order to meet assigned goals

Ability to analyze and estimate system requirements, develop alternatives, and implement solutions

Must have an solid understanding of business processes and system interdependencies

Candidate must demonstrate the ability to interpret requirements into design implementation and code effectively

Solid UI/UX skills

Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

Education - Bachelor (BS) or Master (MS) degree in Engineering or Computer Science required
