Job Description :

  • Create and execute test plans and testcases. (UAT, Integration, End-to-End, Penetration, Performance, Load, Regression).
  • Identify, validate, track and communicate defects and risks to the development team(s).
  • Collaborate with developers to help create high value unit tests and testing solutions.
  • Generate high-level QA status reports for management.
  • Creating test data for the products they are responsible testing.
  • Work closely with team members to evangelize an emphasis on quality throughout the entire SDLC.
  • Work with the support group to reproduce production problems and identify gaps in the Regression Test Suite.
  • Participate in daily SCRUM standups with the team they are supporting and overall sprint planning.
  • Bring to the team ways to improve the testing processes, tools, strategies or techniques.
  • Provide mentorship and expertise within the QA team.
  • Participate in daily SCRUM standups with the team they are supporting and overall SDLC ceremonies
