Job Description

Job Details:

  • At least 4 years of experience on IIB/WMB.
  • At least 6 years of experience in software development life cycle.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
  • Solid working experience with ESQL development along with MQ, SOAP and JMS nodes
  • Should be able to explain the various domain parsers and effective modular programming with message flow/sub flow organization
  • Should have a strong knowledge of web services – SOAP, REST and related aspects like WSDL, schemas etc.
  • Good understanding of WS security – transport and message level.
  • Good understanding of various application integration patterns.
  • Good SQL working knowledge with any of the standard RDBMS – MS SQL server, Oracle etc.
  •  Experience of delivering project following Agile methodology. Experience of working on JIRA will be a plus.
  • Experience of client coordination, coordination with offshore teams, review of deliverables and playing project lead role.
  • Understand the requirements (functional and nonfunctional) and participate in creating high level estimate and translating it to system requirements
  • Do impact analysis, create design specifications as per HLD, create UTP for complex programs
  • Participate in creating application architecture document
  • Develop and review artifacts (code, documentation, unit test scripts), conduct reviews, unit testing
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Dedication to meeting deadlines and ensuring quality delivery
  • Experience in Vendor Co-ordination
  • Direct/Liaison offshore activities based on task priority and timeline
  • Publish/Provide inputs towards Weekly Status Reports. 
  • Participate in Daily Stand ups, Status meetings etc.
  • Knowledge on IBM BPM will be added advantage.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
