Good 3-4 years of experience in Java/J2ee, Python, Oracle development and testing.

Good management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, provide customer satisfaction and reporting structures and insure quality of projects.

Organizes and conducts project team meetings, prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations including status reports. Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects.

Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time.

Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.

Change management process knowledge.

Knowledge on Agile process.

Knowledge on Rally, Service now Good to have Oracle, Unix/Linux Behavioral Skills.

Excellent communication skills and strong inter-personnel communication skills.

Strong skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web application.

Ensures effective communications and relationships between customers, stakeholders and project team members are maintained.
