JOB DESCRIPTION:

                This position requires an experienced professional who will apply business process and analysis concepts as well as Facilities Services- Utilities and Infrastructure unit policies and procedures to provide a variety of business process support in automated data gathering and analysis.The Business Systems Analyst applies skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry-wide business process and analysis practices and organizational policies and procedures. Resolves a wide range of business process issues of moderate to complex scope. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to produce detailed business requirements
• Coordinate and manage user acceptance test plans
• Subject matter expert – develop deep knowledge of the AWS BTS functions and how they support downstream/upstream systems utilized by AWS, advising business on best practices and requirements for optimal use of these systems
• Conduct regular deep dives and gap analysis, providing solution recommendations to leadership
• Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes
• Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance. Strong desire and ability to dive deep in a given problem statement
• Derive actionable insights and routinely present recommendations based on analysis
