Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Technology application owner, PM, business users and vendors in the support of the Mediamorph Financial System.
  • Gain understanding of the application and business processes and their requirements.
  • Proactive user communication and reporting status to PM and escalating issues as needed.
  • Test newly onboarded or migrated licensees for point of sales and royalty data.
  • Reconcile licensee royalty statements with the application calculations.
  • Develops customer requirements documents and business scenarios for testing new system enhancements and integrations.
  • Work closely with Technology team, Vendor resources and Business users during testing phase of each rollout.

Required:

  • Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Proficient in conducting gap and data analysis.
  • Entertainment industry experience is required.
  • Excellent soft skills for dealing with demanding clients with disparate needs.
  • Familiarity working with multiple integrated systems and ability to triage issues as needed.
