Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 30+ users.
  • Stay current and educate department leaders and users on Salesforce best practices and solutions.
  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other day-to-day support.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Manage data feeds and integrations (current and future), including oversight of data-mapping and connectors with Linvio Events and FormAssembly.
  • Create and manage an internal support ticket process and develop regular reports to key stakeholders.
  • Work with our management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development and change management activities.
  • Coordinate and document the evaluation, scope and completion of updates and new development requests.
  • Work collaboratively with users to define and document development requirements.
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
  • Oversee data integrity including routine maintenance plans.
