Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business partners/site owners to design and build solutions and support requirements within SharePoint online tenant
  • Drive internal improvement opportunities for education, process re-engineering and/or automation within the SharePoint tenant
  • Perform escalations when necessary to vendors or internal departments and works with the other party to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the end user
  • Work effectively in a team environment to provide enhancements and support to our users in a timely manner and with a positive customer service attitude.

Technical Skills

  • 2+ years experience in Information Technology including a strong working knowledge of SharePoint and experience providing end-to-end ownership
  • Demonstrated ability to support SharePoint online applications with HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer Workflow, Power Apps and Microsoft Flow
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
