Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review planned and emergency changes to assess overall impact based on risk and requirement to systems and business operations.
  • Continue to improve the change process by adopting industry best practices as well as technical integration to development, security and testing processes. *
  • Execute the change management and training strategy for a SAP implementation of all business processes.
  • Help SAP project managers to monitor detailed project plans, establish work plans, reschedule task and create status reports.
  • Continually establish release planning processes based on evolving Agile and Waterfall maturity of the organization.
  • Align and communicate leadership priorities to project and production support teams.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with the SAP ERP platform is a must.
  • Knowledge of SDLC - Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Self-driven and motivated problem solver;
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple overlapping projects with tight deadlines;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access)
